It is important to note that this product is not recommended for use by children under the age of 8. For your safety, it is crucial to use only distilled water, micro-filtered water (through 0.2 micron), or commercially bottled water for dissolving the mixture, as tap or faucet water should be boiled for at least 5 minutes and cooled to lukewarm before use.

Do not use this product if your nasal passages are completely blocked or if you have an ear infection or blocked ears. Consult your doctor before use if you have had ear or nose surgery within the past 6 months. If you experience severe ear discomfort during or after using this product, stop using it immediately and consult your doctor.

After using the neti pot, do not blow your nose for at least 5 minutes. Instead, gently squeeze the water out of your nasal cavity using a tissue to avoid increasing pressure on your ears and causing discomfort. Do not use this product for more than 5 minutes each time.
