6. Blow your nose gently, without pinching it completely, to avoid applying pressure on the eardrums.
7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 for the other nostril.

It is important to relax and breathe through your mouth when using the nasal wash bottle, and not to hold your breath. For the 300 ml bottle, it is recommended to use 2.7 g of nasal salt. Ensure the water temperature is around 37°C and choose the suitable nasal nozzle.
