Always use distilled, micro-filtered (0.2 micron), freshly opened commercially bottled, or previously boiled and cooled to body temperature water. Navage sinus machines only operate with unused, genuine Navage SaltPod capsules. If the lid is reopened, the power button will not work until a new SaltPod is placed in the crushing chamber.

The suction on the Navage Nose Cleaner relies on a properly positioned Nose Pillow. Press the nose pillow in tightly enough to create a seal. Insufficient suction can cause the nose rinse to go down the throat, or to flow very slowly, or even to not flow at all. Review the Troubleshooting Guide, User Manual, or Nose Pillow size chart for more instructions.

Wait until the Nose Pillow tip is correctly positioned to operate. If the Nose Pillow tip is blocked, suction will decrease or stop. The power button only works with a new SaltPod in the crushing chamber. If you reopen the lid, the pump won't work. See the product manual for more instructions.
