Mix one saline packet with 240 ml (8 fl oz) of lukewarm, distilled, micro-filtered, or previously boiled and cooled down water, fill the reservoir, and secure the upper body in place. The power and mode buttons are on the front panel, and you can press the power button to turn the unit on and off, with the device defaulting to the last setting used.
