Firstly, clean the rinse head and tanks with clean water, then disinfect them with alcohol, and dry them using a clean cloth. Secondly, use boiled water that has been cooled (boiled for at least 1-3 minutes), allowing it to cool for 5 minutes, and store the distilled water at room temperature or in the refrigerator. Thirdly, dissolve the saline powder in clean water to make the Isotonic saline (0.9%) or Hypertonic saline (3%).

Next, put the saline solution into the saline solution tank. It is suggested to use 10-20ml of the solution to clean one nostril, but you can adjust the amount based on your doctor's advice and your own situation. Standing in front of a sink, bend forward to a comfortable level and tilt your head down. Keep your mouth open, without holding your breath, and place the tip snugly against one of your nasal passages or nostrils. (Tip: Do not completely block the nasal cavity for expelling the wasted water.)

Press the power button to switch on the machine and start cleaning. Shortly press the Mode button to change the mode (soft or strong). Press and hold the power button until the machine switches off, then clean the machine. Repeat the procedure to clean the other nasal passage or nostril.

Through the Venturi principle, the cleaning fluid is converted into mist particles with strong adsorption force in micron units of different sizes, enabling thorough rinsing without harming the nasal cavity, and reaching deep into the nasal passages, sinuses, and nasopharynx. When using the nasal irrigator, the patient can breathe freely. The negative pressure generated in the back of the nasopharynx during inhalation allows the micron-sized mist particles to reach and open the sinus opening-nasal passage complex, providing a deeper cleansing of the sinuses. This makes the spray-type neti-irrigator gentler and more comfortable for patients, without causing irritation or otitis media, which are advantages over the traditional water-type neti-irrigator.

Our nasal irrigator has two adjustable spray speeds: high and low. The low speed has a soft spray and is suitable for children, while the high speed has a strong spray and is suitable for adults. The nozzle of the nasal cleanser is made of food-grade silicone material, which is soft and comfortable to the touch. The water storage tank and waste water tank are independent, ensuring hygienic and safe use. It is equipped with a USB magnetic charging cable.
