How to Use: 1. Wash your hands before starting. Fill the nasal irrigation up to the fill line with lukewarm distilled or previously boiled water. 2. Add a packet of nasal wash salt to the water. Tighten the cap and tube on the travel neti pot, and gently shake to dissolve the mixture. 3. Standing in front of a sink, bend forward to a comfortable level and tilt your head down. Keep your mouth open and do not hold your breath. Place the cap snugly against your right nostril and press the button on the bottom until the solution starts draining from the other nostril or mouth. 4. Repeat step 3 for your left nostril.
